5: Take the NY 365 EAST ramp toward E DOMINICK ST.
6: Turn lLEFT onto NY-365/RIVER RD. Continue to follow NY-365.
7: NY-365 becomes E DOMINICK ST.
8: Merge onto NY-46 S/NY-49 N/NY-69 W.
9: Turn RIGHT onto N MADISON ST.
10: End at 208 N MADISON ST ROME NY.
