Q:Where are you located?

A:To serve our clients more conveniently we have two locations. Our Rome studio is located at 208 N. Madison St.-next door to the "Liberty Car Wash". We also have a Syracuse studio, located at 404 South Franklin Street, 2nd Floor in Armory Square-next door to "Spy Baby Bridal". Appointments at our Syracuse studio are By Appointment Only. Q:What are your hours?

A:Our Rome studio is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m., and Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. We’re also open Saturdays by appointment only. Our Syracuse studio is open on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays by appointment only.

Q:Can I come in for a consultation?

A:Absolutely. A consultation with our Photographer or Portrait Designer is a wonderful idea. You’ll have an opportunity to see our studio gallery and meet our professional staff. We’ll also go over the current images, products and studio collections that are available. Just call our studio to schedule your consultation.

Q:How do I arrange for a session or consultation with your studio?

A:Simply call us at 315-337-7814 or toll-free at 877-377-7814. One of our friendly staff members will assist you in arranging an appointment for a consultation or photo session.

Q:I have an upcoming session. What do I wear?

A:When you make your appointment, our staff will discuss all aspects of your session. Clothing is very important and will be discussed in detail with you.

Q:Do I have to order predesigned studio collections?

A:We offer a number of collections but our goal is to create a custom collection of images that best meets your needs. Our Portrait Designer will work with you to create a personalized collection featuring your images, as well as provide professional advice on products and framing.

Q:I’m getting married. Do you have my wedding date available?

A:First, congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Call our studio as soon as possible to ensure your wedding date is on our calendar and to schedule a consultation. At that time, we can review the many options available to you and confirm the date on our calendar.

Q:Do you offer custom framing?

A:Yes! We have hundreds of frames to choose from, including the latest styles. In fact, we’re positive we can help you find the frame that best fits your decorating needs.

Q:How long until we can view our images after our session?

A:You can usually see your images within a week after your session. During busy times of the year, your wait may be longer.

Q:How long does it usually take to produce my order?

A:Because we take the utmost care in airbrushing your final images and removing any unwanted blemishes, you’ll generally receive your images within 6-8 weeks from the date of your order. In fact, if we don’t meet our promised delivery date, we’ll give you a $25.00 gift certificate toward your next order with our studio.

Q:How do I pay for my order?

A:In addition to cash or check, we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Q:Do you offer gift certificates?

A:Most definitely! You can either order gift certificates directly from this website or contact our studio. Also, we can mail the certificates directly to the recipient if you prefer. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
